We are looking for new admins

Dear members,

The r72 infrared photography group is currently looking for people
who are interested in becoming part of the administrator team.
We are doing this because some of the “old” admins have become too occupied with other tasks,
and also to enrich the group with new ideas. As an admin of r72 your main responsibilities would be the following:

 

- Participate in the voting process by which we select the photographs which make it into our gallery.
This involves writing an explanatory message to members whose submission was declined.
- Compile the monthly “Best of” feature (we take turns, so you don’t have to do it every month).
- Discuss current topics with the other admins.
- Keep your eyes open for good IR pictures and potential new members of the group.

 

You don’t have to be a professional photographer who has been shooting infrared pictures
since before it was considered cool.
However, some experience is clearly called for,
since you are expected to assess the work of others
and to provide feedback.
